Repeatedly, once I have completed a timesheet batch (which is lengthy) and I validate it and there are no exceptions, I have the following issue:

When I preview the Time Sheet Validation Report I find it is incomplete. 

It will list 34 entries, rather than the total entered. (BTW: it seems alwasy to list opn 34 entries, not more , not less , exactly 34 entries. This has been happending every month, for months and months.  To resolve, I have validated the batch, over and over., then checked the validation report for accuracy.  I repeat this process over and over and over and over; over multiple days, and low and behold it somehow finally shows the complete report with every entry, it is only then that I immediately "Commit" the batch.!
