    Report for Changes

I've been asked to run a report for all changes made to the database during a specific time frame.  They would like to see if someone has an address change, a spouse added, a title change, a new job, a new relationship... basically any change made to a record.  I know I can pull by date last changed, but how do I export exactly what the change was?  Is there a way to do this?  Any suggestions, please!

There is no way to tell what exactly was changed only the date of last change.

    Re: Report for Changes

Actually, you can pull the date last changed for addresses and some other areas. You can't see exactly what was changed (spelling correction, phone number added, etc) but at least it will tell you who touched the record and when.

If you go into Query and create a new one, just run down the list of available fields and you will see options for Date Last Changed. This might get you a bit closer to what is being asked.

    HTH,
