I looked in the help docs and knowledge base but couldn't really find this information - probably because it's something covered at time of sale - but does NetSolutions/NetMember know, when someone clicks a renew page, whether they are even an existing member? Can Joe Schmo log in and renew without ever being a member in the first place? Or is that all just dealt with upon import?

Is it any but a web store that exports/pipes data in a fashion that's readily acceptable in RE?
