I am trying ot do a letter to an organization that has multiple donors . When I pull a query it shows 5 donors for that organization which I then export to my letter but the same first name keeps appearing on it. Please help me on how to show all 5 names on one letter instead of having to do 5 separate letters to the same organization.

If you are merging in Word, the only way to pull more than one name field into the same page I know of is a directory vs. letter. (Not possible in RE Mail)  

Have you tried changing options on the Org Address tab of mail for contact types?  There's an option to include all the different types of contacts if they are all different.  You can include/exclude by attribute.   If you just need a quick fix, I'd get the 5 letters to run and cut and paste :-). 

If it's a gift acknowledgement or solitication/appeal I'd send a separate letter to each donor.
