Is there any way to export message report data? Ideally, I'd like to export a list of all recipients who opened an email. At the least I need to export the list of recipients.

I just got off the phone with support, and I was told that you cannot export the message report data. I was told that you can run query of email messages in RE using data that is stored in the NC tab of a Record but it may not reflect all of the messages sent from NC.

I was able to create and run a query based on the information you need.

1. Go to Queries,
2. Select NC field
3. then in the drop down select "Emails Received"
4. then select "Email Name" and it will ask you "Operator" then you can select the "Value" (which is the the name of the particular e-mail blast.)
5. then select the "Opened?" field and it will ask you "Operator" then you can select the "Value" (Yes, No, or Ask)
6. Under output you can add the data relevant to your needs (name, e-mail address, etc.)
7. Then you should be able to Run the query and your data should be there (you should double check that your numbers match the numbers that are the same on your NC site.
