    You should be able to just drag and drop it right onto your home page.  If you have the file saved just drag the icon from where it is, onto The Raiser's Edge Home page and it should pop up give you the same options that you have when you choose to add something from within The Raiser's Edge as a favorite.  Hope that helps!
