    Relationships

We have several organizations that have many employees to whom we send specific mailings to ie) We want to send the notice for our Annual General Meeting to the Executive Director of an organization, but we want to send our quarterly activities brochure to the Social Coordinator of the same organization.  Both of the mailings are in our system and updated as necessary.  How to I set it up so that the proper contact is pulled for the respective mailings?

On each individual relationship record for the organization you have the option to select a "contact type."  For your situation you may want quarterly brochure, annual meeting (you can figure out what best describes type).  When you are in the mail function, on the 'org address' tab you have an option to pick a contact type(s) to receive mailing.  For your quarterly brochure, choose your 'quarterly contact - or whatever name you give them" .  I believe you will need a contact with that type for each one you want to receive it.  (I'm just starting to enter various contact types so haven't got much experience with the output yet.)  This should get you started though.
