    RE 7 Policy and Procedures

    We are getting ready to go live with our database and I wanted to wrap my head around a Policy and Procedures manual that other organizations are using.   Our database is probably more complicated than the norm as we will have two teams utilizing the database but in very different methods.  The individual team will use the system from a purely fundraising perspective with individual donors.  Our corporate team however will be working with organizations and submitting grants, etc.  Does anyone else have this type of a set up and do you have a policy and procedures manual (in a word doc) that you could email me at eheffernan@aafp.org that I could tailor it to my organization? Thank you!Erin Heffernan
