    I am looking for information pertaining to the content of bulk mail letters.  I work for a 501c3 non profit and are reviewing the language of our acknowledgment letters.  Our local post office opened our last bulk mail and cited a couple of items which they say must be removed in order to be eligible for bulk mail.  Can you provide a .pdf or link where I can research this?  I've tried Google, etc. and haven't found anything which went into the actual content of the letter.  We are trying to mail our standard donation acknowledgment.  I hear different things about what is OK and what is not.

    Can anyone help?
