I currently use the gift batch in Raiser's Edge to process gifts that arrive through the mail or as walk-ins. I also process online gifts through NetCommunity. Recently we acquired a new IATS account which allows me to set up and process recurring gift batches through IATS, eventhough we do not have the EFT module. This feature has dramatically reduced the amount of time and resources used to process these gifts.

I am now looking into ways to maximize this feature for manually entered and processed credit card gifts as well. However, the biggest barrier and complaint from our finance department is the inability to reconcile IATS transactions due to all of the varying credit card fees and schedules. I remember reading information on the fee schedule, but I can not find it now! Does anyone know where I can find this information??? I would like to meet with our finance director and want to be armed with information that will show how much EASIER our work can be by using IATS for all credit card gifts, but I need to know that fee schedule first!
