First Year Renewal Retention Rates

    First Year Renewal Retention Rates

    Hello,
     
    I am curious to see on average what your first year renewal retention rates are.     Right now our average is about 37%, over a period of  10 years.          From recent learning, anything above 40% is sufficient.        If your average is over 40%, what are you doing to help keep that retention rate going strong?
