    I installed Microsoft Office Web Components software, but i still have error on Home page of Raiser edge:

    Before you can use the Dashboard feature, you need to install Microsoft Office Web Components software. Please refer to the Raiser's Edge Installation Guide for instructions.

    What went wrong?

    The last time I fixed this, I uninstalled RE, installed RE then installed the web components.

    I think there is a different version of Web Component for Windows XP also.  That fixed it for us.
