The primary focus of this position is on successfully managing all aspects of the Annual Giving program including all data related to donor profiles and donor financials in the Foundation database. This individual serves as a key member of the Moves Management team and is accountable for an assigned share of the Foundation’s annual fund raising goals. Responsibilities include communication, interaction and development of strong relationships with Foundation and System management, staff, and volunteers to cultivate, enhance and secure annual gifts and future philanthropic gifts and employee gifts. This position is responsible for the accuracy, thoroughness and completeness of data in the Foundation database as it relates to all prospects, donors and contributions. Possesses skill and experience in all aspects of Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge donor management software. Manages data entry, writes and executes macros, produces and runs reports and ensures file accuracy. Tracks annual fund gifts against goals. Prepares materials for Moves Management meetings and is an active member of the Moves Management Team.
