We are a new Raiser's Edge client beginning our transition from Datatel Benefactor.  We would like to build a list of other RE schools who are using Datatel Colleague for financials.  Also looking for any school using Touchnet Marketplace for their credit card processing.

We converted from Benefactor to RE but still use Colleague for Registrar & Business Office Functions.  Let me know if I can be of assistance.

We also use RE in the dev/alumni office and Colleague everywhere else. We did not use Benefactor at all. So can't help there.

And for the record, we do not have any interface between Colleague & RE set up. 95% of the money that comes into the dev office does not go into Colleague. The dev office has it's own foundation for it's own funds. The 5% that do (and it's probably less than that) are entered manually into both systems. There just isn't enough overlap to make any automation worth the effort.

We are currently in the process of converting from Datatel's Benefactor in the Dev/Alum department to RE.  The rest of the school still uses Collegue and we do several transfers between the two systems.  Our official "Go Live" date is Oct. 1, we have BB coming to doa  solid week of training for us Sept. 14-18, so we are pumped for this to be behind us
