    Presbyterian Homes & Family Services ( www.phfs.org) seeks a Database Coordinator for its Development Department.The Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of donor data and database for fundraising, developing effective reporting strategies in support of development goals, leading database cleanup and campaign analysis projects, communicating about database issues effectively within the organization, and providing staff training on processes and best practices.This position requires a highly organized individual who understands databases, how they work and how to best leverage their relational power.  It requires critical thinking, curiosity and initiative.  It requires project coordinator skills. It requires a strong communicator and teacher. And it requires someone who is exceptionally accurate and detail oriented, but also capable of high-level analysis and problem solving.Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience or advanced technical education required.
    • Proven track record in database management, preferably Raiser's Edge or other fundraising systems.
    • Experience with project management, coordinating work teams and data analysis.
    • Experience providing training to staff, and documenting policies and procedures.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
    • Background checks and drug testing.
