We are looking for a way to automate our tributes.  Currently they are handwritten on pre-printed cards.  However, we are getting ready to begin a push online in which we will solicit tribute gifts.  This will significantly increase the workload for this task.

My supervisor wants us to automate the process but I'm unsure how to do this.  The only option I can come up with is to have someone manually enter the tribute information in to a database from which we will generate the cards.

We are currently using the Tribute module but do not record multiple tribute acknowledgees.  For example:
Mr. Joe Smith passes away.  We receive memorial donations in his name.  The first donation lists his wife, Susan Smith as the person to send tribute acknowledgment cards to.  I record this in Joe Smith's tribute record.  However, the next donation we receive lists his brother, Brian Smith as the tribute acknowledgee.  Once the tribute is recorded in RE, we do not usually go back and enter another acknowedgee if for no other reason than time constraints.  However, this will cause us a problem if the above situation comes to pass.  How have others done this?  Do you go back and enter someone else on the tribute record as an acknowledgee?

I’d love to automate this but I don’t know how to.
