I've made a couple of custom donation forms based on the excellent example Michael Andrews gave about a year ago:

However, I can't get the eReceipt functionality to work.
On my custom donation form, I have a "<bbnc:HTMLEditor>" and "<bbnc:EmailEditor>" part that are working fine. The HTMLEditor displays a thank you message after the donation form has been submitted, and the EmailEditor sends the acknowledgment email.

In both of these editors, I would like to include a link to the eReceipt, and have attempted this (the merge fields exist for this), but the eReceipt url gets generated and leaves off the key at the end.

For example, a "healthy" looking eReceipt url looks like this:
http://mysitehere.com/NetCommunity/Components/EReceipt.ashx?key=3VvTfbF3PUeyKfhVfKRn

And the one I am seeing generated from my custom donation form looks like this:
http://mysitehere.com/NetCommunity/Components/EReceipt.ashx?key=

I am imagining there is something else I need to "turn on" for this custom donation form that allows eReceipts, but I can't figure out where or how.

Anyone have any ideas?

Did you assign eReceipt Stack and eReceipt Number at Administration-->System Options?

Yes, the eReceipts work normally in the rest of the system.

We have other donation forms (the standard part) that use eReceipts and those work fine.

It's just the link in my own custom part that does not work.

By the way, here are my version numbers, if that helps:

Raiser's Edge: 7.85.5026.3
BBNC: 5.6.131.2

Did you ever find a solution? Seems like there is no way to add a receipt template to a custom parts email
