     Hi Douglas,

     I posted this question on another forum but this forum seems more appropriate.  I have a bit of confusion about ICVerify.  I was told that to upgrade to 7.91 we needed to work either with IATS or ICVerify.  When I called ICVerify, they told me that they are not a credit card processing company but they provide the software that acts as a bridge between the BBPS and the credit card processor.  We currently work with a company called Moneris and I confirmed that they can work with the ICVerify platform.  However, when I attended the roundtable this morning I asked them to confirm that I can still work with Moneris through ICVerify and they said "No, you must work with ICVerify directly."  This is confusing.  Can you explain?

    Delores, thank you for your question. The credit card processing options for The Raiser’s Edge 7.91 are IATS and ICVerify. ICVerify allows organizations to leverage a variety of processors, however Moneris is not listed as a supported processor on the ICVerify website.  The list of processors that integrate with ICVerify is located on ICverify’s website at http://www.firstdata.com/product_solutions/ecommerce/payment_software/icverify_pop.htm. Thanks

    After your post above, I registered for tomorrow's 8/11/09 11-12:15 roundtable. I haven't gotten any kind of registration confirmation or instructions as how to access the seminar. Please advise. Thanks.
