On Tuesday, July 28 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. ET, we are having a Support Seminar and live Q&A session called "Student Billing Reconciliation Roundtable." Our Senior Product Support Lead, Charles Soderlund, will give an overview of the reconciliation process, including advance deposits and applications, reports, transaction control business rules, and troubleshooting tips and tricks. After each section, there will be time for your questions and ideas! You must sign into the forums to vote.
