    Manager of Development Records
    Office of Development

    Job Summary: The Manager of Development Records is responsible for managing the input and output of data from all modules of the Raiser's Edge software, including the facilitation, design, maintenance, and use of the donor/prospect database. Suitable candidates will have excellent Raiser's Edge skills with at least two years of experience working with Raiser's Edge. Campaign data management experience is preferred, particularly with relationship cultivation, contact management, operational management, automating processes and campaign reports. Manager of Development Records is also responsible for monitoring the financial data with the finance office to ensure that all donor financial transactions and donations are credited to proper general ledger fund accounts. The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, proficiency in data base organization and manipulation, and ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced and deadline based, environment. Position is full time and includes benefits.
