     Can someone share with me some examples of names that you use for proposals? It seems like all of the information is covered in other fields. is you proposal name specific to the campaign, fund or donor?

    Hi Ashley,

    We had the same issue when we began using the Prospect Module.  We decided to use the Constituent name, date, and brief (one or two word) description in the Proposal name.  That way, if a Constituent has multiple proposals, it is easy to tell at a glance which is which.  The format we use is as follows:  "Doe, John - Jun 09 - LIA."
