Great questions you posted. I haven't seen any responses from others but am wondering now if you can answer some of the questions you posed online?

 

In addition to questions # 1 - #3 that you posted, I'm also curious if

#4 - Did you need additional assistance or felt in over your heads once it was delivered to your team?

#5 - Was the product delivered and did you have a website up and running (including your content) in a reasonable amount of time?

#6 - How long did it realistically take between signing the contract for Grow and getting the website online?

#7 - Have you had to hire Blackbaud again to provide assistance in finalizing, editing or maintaining the site ?
