We're about to offer some significant upgrade opportunities and I expect to be receiving questions like, "If I upgrade three months into my current membership, will you extend my expiration date", etc. What about pro-rating? In the past, we've dealt with this on a case-by-case basis, but I'd like to have a rule of thumb, at least, established before going into this offer. Does anyone have a model or a policy they'd be willing to share?
