Notes are slow for only one user

We have one user who experiences significant slowdown when working with Notes (creating, saving, deleting). It can take 10 seconds to complete an action for her. Working with other information produces no delay, only the Notes are like that.

Other users (at different pcs) do not experience the problem. Other users with the same RE security level that she has do not experience the problem. We already tried reinstalling RE but it made no difference in performance.

    Any ideas?

I have found that Notes are slow whenever I have a large Excel file open. Often the Excel file will 'hang' for a while, acting as if it has crashed. Eventually it returns. But it is frustrating.

Could this be the issue your user is experiencing? Has anyone else experienced this?

I have trouble with many RE functions when I have Pandora open.  Is your user running other things on her pc at the same time?

Pandora takes far more for resources then you would think.  It takes 500-700Mhtz and about 120 MB of ram exclusively for Pandora.
