Deborah,  I just now logged onto the forum.  Memphis Union Mission (homeless shelter) uses 2 lockbox accounts.  # 1 Lockbox is our primary donor lockbox account. # 2 Lockbox is our acquisition lockbox account.  The addition of the #2 account was oppened to speed up the processing of acqusition donors, since the total donor account had to be set up before entering the donor's gift.  This freed the current donor's gifts to be entered daily and accomplished our 24 hour turn-around for the Thank You Letter.  If you would like to discuss this in more detail you may contact me at 901-526-8403.
