I've been trying to design a collection of queries to produce a list of constituents within the current month, with a specific day and any year.  So far it has not gone very well as the Birthdate field does not have a "contains" selection.  Are there any ideas on how this might be possible or let me know if it's impossible with the provided query tools in RE.

I know some people who use NetCommunity might suggest using imported lists (which are very time consuming) and we thought using a specially designed query for each day would speed up the process.
