Deleting an attribute table with 100,000+ rows

During our implementation an Attribute was set up to store Convio IDs, but was incorrectly set up as a Table. As you can imagine, this has caused a lot of problems in keeping data current and in imports, as we continually need to add or change these IDs. I have since created a similar attribute as a text attribute, moved all the values to that new one, globally deleted the first attribute on all records, and removed it from available attributes.

I would like to finish the clean up project by deleting the table, as well. However, I have been told that I must delete all values individually in Config, and can only delete the table when it is empty. As there are over 102,000 entries in the table, this is just not an option for me. Blackbaud has offered to sell us a utility to delete these rows automatically. On principal, I don't think I should have to do this, either.

I have attempted to find this table in the RE database, using the SQL Server Management Studio, but cannot find the table, and am getting no help from Blackbaud. Seems to me I should be able to delete the values through a SQL query, then delete the table from within RE.

Does anyone have any information on how I can find the user-defined attribute tables in SQL? Or, does anyone have any other suggestions on how to do this clean up? My fall-back position is just to leave the table in place, but I would really prefer to get rid of it.

We are using RE 7.84, and SQL Server 2005.
