    Industry-wide Benchmark Standards

    Our VP of Philanthropy has asked that I find some Industry-wide Benchmark standards to support having a full-time Database Manager of Raiser's Edge and a Prospect Researcher.

    I am wondering if anyone has some information regarding this topic or can point me in the right direction. I have our Blackbaud rep. working on this also. We both thought maybe someone has already gone through a similar exercise and can lend a hand.
