We started the process of implementing the auto-sync to Convio (whatever it's called these days) around the first of the year, and still aren't live. Worse, when we finally got on the calendar of an integration specialist, got through all our mapping, did what he told us to do in terms of cleaning up the existing file (duplicates mostly) etc., and tried to put in the update files, we've had no end of trouble from misaligned maps to convio data (even when empty fields) overwriting (often previously completed) data. TMI, perhaps, but if anyone out there has SUCCESSFULLY managed to pull off the connection and is now smoothly exchanging gift and constituent information from one to the other, I'd love to hear from you, and perhaps bend your ear about some of the things you may have done to make it work. thanks.
