Event Summary Report

    Event Summary Report

    Hi

    Even though the participants records are marked as invited the number of invited participants is not appearing on either the Event Summary Report or the dashboard. The number registered and attended does. How do I make it appear ?

    This is really annoying, but the no. invited field actually sits on the general tab of an event record.  You will need to populate this yourself.

    The number invited is a changeable field so you'll have to calculate that yourself and type it in. If you globally add registrants for an event - you can ask it to calculate that number as part of the process, but if you are adding participants one at atime, etc.. you need to calculate it yourself.

     I think the reason it is a changeable field as opposed to a clculated field is because not everyone would load everyone that was invited to the event, only the ones that rsvp in some instances and they would still want to be able to calculate invited against capacity and registered. I could be wrong but that's what I came up with.
