I want to keep our RE database updated with emailability information from Convio. If somebody bounces or opts out from a Convio sent email, I want to map that detail back to RE and update the constituent record with "bad email" or "opted-out" etc. Ideally this would be automated, but I'd settle for manual for now. My issue is that I am not sure what logic to use in Convio to identify true hard bounces or opt-outs and the Convio help that I have access to is not sufficient.
Does anybody have any experience with the data available in Convio? And/or experience exporting email actions from Convio to sync/load to RE?
I have this same issue - did you ever find a solution? I find it very hard to pull data out of Convio that isn't part of the custom data synch to do updates to any other fields - it is very cumbersome. I would love to hear any tips that you may have found in working with these two products
