    Primary constituency code

Our constituency codes haven't been entered in any specific order.  We were just discussing whether or not to organize them so the primary or current one is listed first.  I was just wondering if it's really worth the effort of switching them around.  Are there any reports we are missing out on by not having a correct primary constituency code?  I searched the knowledgebase and forums but couldn't find a list of reports that are based on primiary code only.

    Thanks so much!

    Re: Primary constituency code

I''m guessing there are more long term effects of random order.

One place where we've found it matters is for gifts.  Each gift record defaults to the primary constitutency.  When looking at gifts, report or query, based on constituency (board mbr, campaign volunteer...) it will have an effect.  Though it was not a report issue when we began using RE, I'm very conscious about the gift constituency because I know we will be using it more in future.
