    Coupons

Does anyone know where I can find a report that will show a complete list of each coupon that a cashier used during their shift?  The only thing that I can find is a report that adds all the discounts/coupons for the day.  I know that the discount report is corrupt but we have a custom report that we use.  If anyone can give me any direction it is greatly appreciated!!!

    Re: Coupons

    You could try either:

    Administration/Reports/Sales Reports/ Coupon Utilization Report

    or:

    Administration/Reports/Daily/ Payment Methods (Comprehensive)

With the second one you  can choose specific users and then coupon as the payment type to display.

    Hope that helps!

We also have a Reporting Services team that can build almost any report that you may need. If you are interested in that option, please contact your Blackbaud Account Executive for more information.

Also if your IT team has a good knowledge of SQL they can help in producing a custom report for you.

    Marc,

Is it possible to get an ERD so that table joins/relationships in MSSQL would be visible to us?  It's difficult to report accurately when you cannot be certain of the relationships, especially when primary/foreign keys do not share the same name.
