    Hello,

    We are in the process of creating a policy and procedure manual for our organization and I was wondering if anyone has done this and is willing to share their document with me. It would be great if the document covered every aspect of Raiser's Edge and tailored to their specific organization.  It will be great if the document is in Microsoft Word, where I can apply our own edits, etc.  You can email me directly with your document(s) at RWatts@chpnet.org.

    How's the manual coming?  I hope when you've completed it, you share your manual here on the Forums - I'm sure other organizations would benefit from it.
