This is what I put together to handle the import of address/phone research files from a non-Blackbaud vendor.  I would appreciate any feedback anyone has.  It was written as I went along with an IDC data file and has not yet been tested on another data file.  This also applies really only to information on individuals and not necessarily on organizations and contacts for organizations.  I've asked that our data file sent to our mailhouse include the Key Indicator so we can sort the records when they are returned.
