Greetings. I am trying to create a renewal letter thru RE Mail to send letters to folks on the anniversary of their gift to a specific membership fund (which may be different than their membership expiration date). I have done the merged query to get to the proper recipients (because I can't get there thru a simple query) and have indicated "Full Amount to Soft Credit" on all queries. The output on the final query looks just fine.
I run the letters thru Mail: Renewals, and the letters are being addressed to the Hard Credit recipients (i.e. going to the Donor Advised Fund as opposed to Jane Donor). Nowhere in the Mail:Renewal can I find a trigger for "Full Amount to Soft Credit Recipient" nor can I figure out how RE could take the proper output from my merged constituent query and mail it to the Hard Credit recipients.
Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this or come up with a work around? I know, it's a lot to ask on a Friday afternoon
