Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me?  I need to delete a code off the Prospect-Financial Information-Information Type Code and I cannot see it as an option within Global Delete/Change etc.

Do you mean you want to remove a financial information type from the dropdown or remove the type and its entry on all prospect records?  I am hoping it is the former as you cannot do the latter.

If the former, you go to Configuration, Tables and then Financial Data Types table.  You can open up the type you no longer want to be listed and check the check box to make it inactive.  This won't remove it from existing records, but will prevent it from being chosen again.

If the latter, the option to globally remove financial data types does not exist, unless there is a plug-in that I am not aware of.  I am afraid if you do not want this data on prospect records, you will have to create a query and delete the data from each record.

Hi Charlotte, thank you for responding and confirming what I feared.  It is the actual data off each Individual that I would like to delete and not the table value itself.
