I am trying to make the Pledge Status report work to balance with accounting monthly showing pledge activity and all pledge balances. We do not use Financial Edge.
This reports works well except for pledges that are paid off during the month since my criteria (query) includes pledges with balances > 0 and I use a date range as the last day of the month. We need to see the pledges that are paid off also. I know there must be a better way to get this info in one report.
If criteria = all records, I get every pledge ever made. We do not have the eft module so I do not have a status field for the pledge. (Suggestion on file with BB) I am probably going around my elbow to get to my thumb!! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if it will be exatly what you're looking for but have you tried the Reports >> Pledge and Recurring Gift Reports >> Activity Report? You can show any activity for specified time period (last month/this month etc.). Maybe try it using all records as query doesn't get those with $0 balance. Report will show any actiivity for the month including $0 balance if the "include outstanding pledges only" box on the Gift Type tab is not checked. Filter useful to limit by fund. Personally I wish there was more flexibility with column layout but info is there.
