The organization I work for used Auctionpay for the first time this year for their yearly auciton event (silent and live auction). All data entry was done by volunteers which left me with a considerable mess. I'm not sure if the volunteer who set the system up wasn't aware but the first RE sync was never done which means none of the auction records have constituent records.
Any advice? Tips? Sanity suggestions for the process ahead of me? Anyone have a story about how great Auctionpay can be when the data is entered properly?
Also, once I manually assign constituent codes to all the auction records I am going to import the data into RE--any tips or suggestions with that process?
