Relationship address/phone information not updating

    Relationship address/phone information not updating

    I am having issues with updates to address/phone information. When I update someone's address/phone information, it does not show up when I open their name through the relationship tab.

    For example: I update Jonh Doe's address on his individual record. When I go into his sister's record, go to her relationship tab, and open her relationship to John Doe, none of the updated information appears - it is all the old information. When I hit the "Go to John Doe" arrow at the top, it brings me to John's record, where all the information is updated.

    Does anyone know how to rectify this situation?

    You need to be sure that the addresses are linked and the phone number is then set to shared.

    UGH. I HAD NO IDEA this was an outstanding issue. UGH.  Now I am worried how many errors I have in my database.  UGH
