I have created  a crystal report displaying the employee salary details of my organization.

I  have created subreports for basic pay anmd allowances and linked to main report.

Inspite of using proper variables and formula for the number fields(basic sal,allowance amount) report dispays zero in these fields fetched from subreports .What could possibly be wrong? Am I missing on something??

This is urgent .Please provide help soon
