    Gift Processing Legal and Ethical Considerations: CASE?

    Hi,

    Is CASE the authority (not including the IRS), or is there another organization that outlines gift processing (Hard/Soft credits, benefits received, applying gifts to others' pledged commitments) standards for fundraising shops outside of the higher education industry?
