I know this has been talked about before on the forum but we are about to begin the task.  From what I've heard here and on other forums, it's critical we get the DataSync configured correctly the first time.  Can anyone give me any idea what this process is comprised of?  There are 'custom' fields, correct?  If so, do you know how many?  The person who will oversee this from Convio's end has contacted me and wants to set up a conference call.  I'd appreciate any insight into this process.  I won't be working with them alone, but I will, for the most part, be the technical person in the mix.

We've been waiting for this to be setup for over a year and a half.  I just want to be prepared for anything (pitfalls, etc.) I may encounter.
