I have been trying to pull in our foriegn addresses into our mail and report functions and they do not appear even though the "send mail to this address" is checked.  Could someone explain why this may be happening and how to fix it.  Thanks

Perhaps you might want to create a query with the specific foreign addresses you need for your mailing and check what they all have/or not in common.  Send your mailing separately if you have more than 10 constituents, otherwise call Blackbaud.

I think Blackbaud needs to cleanup the fields.  We currently have donors at different countries and the templates they currently have us use does not match fields I need to use in order to print correct address.

You must call Blackbaud and have your name added to this matter.  Once this is fixed the addresses will print properly.
