I am doing a query / export for our leadership circle giving. A donor pledged $10,000 but has not paid. She is not appearing. I have asked the query to pull, cash, pledges, stock, gift in-kind and misc for a certain campaign year for between $5999 and $11,999.99

 Her gift is for $10,000 for the proper campaign year. She is the only pledge that has not paid. Could that be it? I am asking it to pull ONE of, cash, pledge, etc.

 Is the constituent marked as deceased, invalid, or no valid addresses and those aren't selected for the query?

Nope. It just makes NO sense to me. I guess I can call RE. Unless it's because they haven't payed yet. But since I asked it to pull pledges and not pay-cash, she should pull, right?

 You're right - she should indeed show up when you've set GT=Pledge.  When you do a gift query where Constituent ID = [that person's ID], do all her gifts show up?

Nope. She doesn't show up on anything. And I looked at another gift side by side and they are exactly the same. I am really not sure what I am missing here.

We figured it out! After an hour on the phone with RE... it was that her TOTAL giving for this campaign year was MORE than the criteria. Once I added funds she appeared. Thought you might like to know the resolution should this ever happen to you. Thanks for your help!
