We have PNC as a bank they have a validator link on their website. It works wonderful. We send an .ach file extension 48 hours before pay day. Before you use the payroll make sure you have everything working with your bank to send a pre-note authorization file. If this file works, then, your payroll will also work fine. The pre-authorization file verifies your routing numbers and account numbers for each employee.
