Hello, I was curious if anyone else out there has this same scenario and if so, how did you handle/ set things up?

 We are in the midst of a capital campaign and this money gets deposited to "Bank B".  This bank is an entirely different institution then what all other gifts are deposited to, "Bank A". 

Has anyone had to deal with online giving where only one fund has monies being deposited to one bank while all other funds have their monies deposited to a different bank, and if so, how did you set this up, is it possible?
