We are starting direct deposit July 1 and would like to hear from someone who is using it. How do you like it, does it link up to your bank and anything thing else you could share with me.

We have been using Direct Deposit since '94 or '95 and have never had any problem. Once we set up the few paramaters within Blackbaud to get the header file etc correct for our bank, the .ACH file created by the Blackbaud Payroll system has done the rest. We simply ensure that we send the file to the bank in a timely fashion and we have never had a late direct deposit in the 9 or 10 years that we have been using it.
