I have been assigned a task to configured RE 7.84 Anywhere, can someone please tell me is this "Anywhere" suppose to installed on the same server where Raiser Edge and Blackbaud Management Console SQL current installed ? the raiseredge database is on a different server

When we used RE Anywhere we had the Anywhere bit on a seperate web server - RE and the BMC were on their own server. I'm not sure if this was required, but that's what we did.

The intention of RE:Anywhere is to be able to access RE from anywhere.  This means that the computer that hosts RE:Anywhere needs to be at least partially accessible from any computer on the web.  You don't want to put your database on a machine that is directly accessible from any computer, so the recommendation is to have RE:Anywhere on a separate box.
