    I need to determine which accounts haven't had activity during a certain time period.  Is there a way to do this?

    Hey Karen,

    You can create a query to find the accounts that do not have activity dureing the specific time frame.  Take a look at Knowledgebase solution BB207428 to create the query for accounts with no activity.  To limit the date range of the query, on the Criteria tab, select Transaction, Post date, operator between, and enter the start and end date.  I hope this helps.
